FARM WALKS

Resevoir Walk
This is a short walk to the farm resevoir. This is surrounded by a high fence and contains a substantial hut, which is double glazed and heated and is ideal for picnics and to view the waterfowl on the water.

Brockholes Dean Walk
(1.5 to 2 hrs walk). This is a longer walk that takes in a steep sided ravine and contains elevated walkways and bridges, and stepping stones, over the stream. It also contains a large variety of trees from ancient oaks to newly planted exotics of 160 different species. Part of the walk also takes in a wildlife pond and it ends at the Resevoir Hut.

Renton Braes Walk
A 2 hour walk to stretch the legs or to stroll round taking in the views. The woodland section is especially pleasant.

Hare Strip Walk
A pleasant 3/4 hour walk on level ground and mainly following farm roads.
